The Janet Elizabeth Rieder-Henderson Institute is seeking an experienced, ethical, and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Institute's human resources strategy. The CHRO will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, organizational development, compliance, and culture.
